Uploading files of all types (images, PDFs, video or audio files, etc.) is done through the Insert/Edit Images button. In Edit view, place the cursor where the file is to be added in the body of the page. Click the Insert/edit image button on the toolbar. Click the Browse button to open the File Browser window. In the Navigation pane to the left, select the folder where you want to store the file. Click Upload in the menu bar of the File Browser window. Click Browse... and then navigate to and select the file to upload. When you see the file name in the window, click Upload. Close the upload file window (click the X in the upper right corner) and you'll see the file in your File Browser window.

Not all links go to Web pages. Some go to files, and one of the most popular is the Portable Document Format, or .pdf file, which is readable on nearly every platform available. Select the text or image to be the hyperlink. On the toolbar of the Body section, click Insert/Edit Link. Click the Browse button and navigate to the uploaded file, select it, and then click Insert file on the menu of the File Browser window. Provide a title for the link and then click Insert.
