[00:00:10.910]It's been a year since we opened our new
[00:00:12.840]College of Business here in Howard L. Hawks Hall.
[00:00:16.090]We celebrated this anniversary,
[00:00:17.990]and welcomed the class of 2022 at our annual
[00:00:21.430]Back to School Bash with nearly 450 members
[00:00:25.180]of our Nebraska business community.

[00:00:29.250]The bash is a great opportunity to meet those
[00:00:31.870]who provide academic services and support in Hawks Hall.
[00:00:36.210]We also had some lighthearted fun
[00:00:38.100]by offering photos with notable business alumni,
[00:00:41.210]the Oracle of Omaha, Warren Buffet, an economics major,
[00:00:44.680]and Husker head football coach Scott Frost, a finance major.
[00:00:48.370]Though these two alums attended as cardboard cutouts,
[00:00:51.590]they were very popular.

[00:00:55.370]Eight new faculty joined the college this fall.
