[00:01:26.960]I wanted to highlight a few of the distinctive programs
[00:01:30.490]you can start if you come to the
[00:01:32.260]Nebraska College of Business.
[00:01:34.260]We have two business learning communities
[00:01:36.480]where freshman with similar academic interests
[00:01:39.150]live in the same residence hall.
[00:01:41.100]They enroll in some of the same classes
[00:01:43.740]and work with a faculty sponsor
[00:01:45.370]and an upper-class student mentor.
[00:01:47.980]They also get to attend special events.
[00:01:51.230]All business freshman also take the course BSAD 111
[00:01:54.980]and learn about their own individual strengths
[00:01:58.090]through our Clifton Strengths Institute.
[00:02:00.250]They learn how to apply those strengths
[00:02:01.760]throughout their major and their life
[00:02:03.950]and are matched with an upper-class strengths coach.

[00:02:17.830]to get academic help here on campus at Nebraska.
[00:02:20.170]For example, we have the teaching
[00:02:21.600]and learning center here at the College of Business.
[00:02:24.410]If you need help with classes outside of
[00:02:25.790]the College of Business, there are lots of great options
[00:02:27.860]around campus, for example, the Math Resource Center,
[00:02:30.880]The English Writing Lab.
