[00:00:56.647]and I just really enjoyed that people
[00:00:58.616]were able to be vulnerable with me.
[00:01:00.899]In order to create a really inclusive community,
[00:01:02.723]we need to develop a climate where people feel comfortable
[00:01:06.146]engaging and talking about their differences,
[00:01:08.227]and then also sort of expanding
[00:01:11.224]beyond learning from each other
[00:01:12.562]and learning from each other's differences.
