Cosmic Rays

A University of Nebraska professor is involved in an international research project to study cosmic rays that travel through space and hit the Earth. Data collected at the Pierre Auger observatory in Argentina suggests most of the cosmic rays are coming from outside our galaxy. Findings from the study have been published in a major scientific journal. In this video, Gregory Snow describes the experiment and why it’s important.
