[00:00:03.924]that we were going to learning and using Canvas in the class
[00:00:08.108]they were initially a little bit apprehensive
[00:00:10.478]about having to switch between Blackboard and Canvas.
[00:00:13.816]But those concerns became pretty much taken care right away
[00:00:17.315]because as they got into Canvas
[00:00:18.898]and realized how much better it is on a mobile device
[00:00:22.511]and started to really engage with each other using Canvas
[00:00:26.160]in a way that was much more smooth and efficient
[00:00:29.409]without having to go in and learn how to do it,
[00:00:32.152]it just seemed that they were much happier
[00:00:34.866]with the learning management system.
[00:00:36.925]So, whereas at the end of the semester
[00:00:38.746]we did sort of a little bit of a mini focus group.
[00:00:41.859]I asked my students to talk to me a little bit
[00:00:43.427]about what their experiences were.
[00:00:45.016]And some of them said wow,
[00:00:45.890]I was really apprehensive when I first asked
[00:00:48.434]to try to balance this.
