- [00:00:20.235]dignity, respect and acceptance.
- [00:00:24.360]The core believe in diversity and inclusion,
- [00:00:28.113]and we expect that we're a place
- [00:00:31.591]where we ask that all members
- [00:00:34.159]of out university community be especially mindful
- [00:00:37.625]of our responsibility to create
- [00:00:40.588]an environment that is welcoming to all.
- [00:00:44.341]Where each person here feels accepted, valued and safe,
- [00:00:49.608]and I want to read to you what that means.
- [00:00:52.132]Our core beliefs that our faculty and our staff

- [00:00:57.742]We value equity, inclusion and dignity for all.
