Description

Rail traffic and commerce is an integral part of the United States economy, so any component failure on rail cars causing delays in transit can have serious financial ramifications. Researchers at the University of Nebraska have designed a wireless system allowing engineers to monitor rail components in real time, keeping these incidents to a minimum.
