[00:00:49.520]with different conferences and groups
[00:00:50.970]that come and stay with the university.
[00:00:52.690]And so that entails working the front desks
[00:00:55.510]of the buildings where the guests stay.

[00:01:03.270]We are at the desk working shifts 24 hours a day.
[00:01:06.540]And so we are always there to provide service
