[00:00:15.000]role in my local corn growers organization.
[00:00:18.000]I also started a business during my LEAD experience.
[00:00:21.000]One of the things I love about the program is when you bring your ideas
[00:00:24.000]to the table and to your Fellows, it's not a
[00:00:28.000]situation where they say "No, that's a terrible idea."
[00:00:30.000]They're like "How have you thought of it this way?"
[00:00:32.000]Or "Can you try it another way?"
[00:00:34.000]It's a very collaborative effort
[00:00:35.000]that I really love.
[00:00:36.000]And then I also
[00:00:38.000]really want to be the best advocate and learner of the
[00:00:41.000]ag industry and most importantly the ethanol industry
[00:00:44.000]where I work. And then one of the things I love
[00:00:47.000]about the program is over the past years, not only have I
[00:00:50.000]gained friends, but also mentors too.
