[00:00:18.000]18-month program is probably first and foremost is letting people know about the program.

[00:00:25.000]I had a neighbor recommend it. So, I think one of the best things I could first do is promote the program.

[00:00:32.000]And the best thing is meeting all the great people, especially
[00:00:34.000]our class in itself.

[00:00:38.000]I don't know if I have a roadmap yet.
[00:00:39.000]I think the biggest thing is keeping an open mind,
[00:00:41.000]being willing to say yes.
[00:00:42.000]I know we're all busy, but thinking about
[00:00:45.000]the time that you do have and what you want to give back and what legacy a person wants
[00:00:48.000]to leave and how we can better position our state to be be successful for future generations to come.
[00:00:54.000]I'm extremely grateful for the
[00:00:55.000]LEAD Program, everything's done for me, the great people I've
[00:00:58.000]met, the Class of 42, you know, lifelong friends that I'll have.
[00:01:02.000]So, it's been a great experience.
