[00:00:12.000]I guess I didn't know much when I first was introduced to LEAD.
[00:00:15.000]Terry reached out to me. Kind of didn't know a lot
[00:00:18.000]at the time. I had a relatively sheltered, I guess,
[00:00:21.000]life experience up to that point, just working within the beef industry.
[00:00:25.000]And that's probably the greatest takeaway that I've received is just
[00:00:28.000]the openness and understanding
[00:00:30.000]the other industries in the state, but also worldwide, but then getting
[00:00:33.000]an appreciation for the similarities between people within our
[00:00:37.000]state and also throughout the entire world.
[00:00:39.000]And then I know it's... yeah our time's coming to end as a group
[00:00:42.000]together through seminars. But at the same time, I know I have a large network of
[00:00:46.000]numerous individuals I can call and bounce ideas off of whether
[00:00:49.000]it relates to community aspects and stuff, you know. And I
[00:00:53.000]hope to continue to develop more of those relationships and build upon them more.
