- [00:00:00.160]College life has its ups and downs,
- [00:00:02.080]and sometimes it can be hard to prioritize your well-being.
- [00:00:04.880]That's why the University Health Center
- [00:00:06.600]is my favorite place.
- [00:00:07.980]There are so many professional staff
- [00:00:09.620]that are eager to help you answer any of your questions,
- [00:00:11.640]either in person or on Zoom.
- [00:00:13.600]During my freshman year,
- [00:00:14.680]I remember being so overwhelmed as an out-of-state student,
- [00:00:17.400]so I went to CAPS,
- [00:00:18.680]our Counseling and Psychological Service Center.
- [00:00:21.040]They made me feel so seen and made me feel so much better.
- [00:00:24.000]So whether you're coming in for a common cold or a minor injury, you can stop by at the health center.
- [00:00:28.760]And as a bonus, we do have a pharmacy in the building.
- [00:00:31.760]But that is not my favorite part about the health center.
- [00:00:34.060]What I love most is Husker Pantry.
- [00:00:35.800]Husker Pantry is a student designed and led organization that aims to provide students with free food and hygienic products.
- [00:00:42.900]So don't hesitate to stop by the health center because your success starts with your health.
