[00:00:29.000]So it had always been an
[00:00:32.000]idea to return back to the family farm, but it was a concept that felt really scary to me.
[00:00:36.000]And I wasn't sure that I would be able to carry on the family legacy.
[00:00:41.000]So, I think growing my confidence and LEAD
[00:00:44.000]led me to the decision to return to the family farm.
[00:00:47.000]So, that's something my fiancée and I plan to do, hopefully about a year from now.
[00:00:50.000]And through that process, I've
[00:00:53.000]also learned how important it is to have conversations with
[00:00:56.000]the family, you know, people that will be partners and maintaining those relationships.
[00:01:01.000]So, we've been having conversations about what it looks like when
[00:01:05.000]we return, what our goals are, what the vision is that the whole family can share.
[00:01:09.000]So, that's something I want to continue to have as we are going
[00:01:12.000]through this transition and I'm very thankful that LEAD helped
[00:01:15.000]me kind of find that direction in life and what I really want in life.
[00:01:19.000]So, I'm always going to be very thankful for the program.
[00:01:22.000]And, for my classmates that really believed in me when I
[00:01:25.000]was having conversations about this with them.
[00:01:27.000]So, yeah, just the experience and the
[00:01:30.000]relationships with LEAD are things I'm going to take with me afterwards.
