[00:00:01.375]Juniors and seniors do something called Design Studio within the Raikes School.
[00:00:04.916]Basically, a team comprises of individuals who have maybe the same goals
[00:00:09.625]and what they want to do with two managers, and they work on a project
[00:00:12.625]sponsored by a specific company here in Lincoln or the Omaha area.
[00:00:17.250]And it's a great way for us to just kind of gauge ourselves
[00:00:20.083]as first year students and what teams
[00:00:21.666]we're trying to get into this year as we start our projects.
[00:00:25.208]Two rooms filled with the top of the top companies.
[00:00:27.833]It's something that's a blessing for sure.
[00:00:31.375]The biggest thing I want to get out of this is just familiarizing myself
[00:00:33.833]with what the school has to offer in terms of Design Studio, present myself
[00:00:37.250]well, and see where it takes me in terms of placement and team building.

[00:00:43.125]the use of generative AI in that sense also Polsley also talked about it, too.
[00:00:46.333]As underclassmen, you're kind of exposed to, I guess,
[00:00:50.041]project descriptions and slideshows, but you never had a real chance to go up
[00:00:54.625]and shake hands with the sponsors, shake hand with the managers.
[00:00:58.250]I think it was a great, positive experience.
[00:00:59.791]I definitely gained great insight into what DS has to offer this year.
