[00:00:06.958]get to work with companies in Nebraska and make real world solutions for them.
[00:00:11.125]So managers are seniors, and seniors are paired up and they manage a team.
[00:00:16.208]And today, the juniors are walking around and seeing different companies
[00:00:20.000]and talking with the managers
[00:00:20.916]and the sponsors from the companies to see what projects they like to work on
[00:00:25.166]and just kind of get a feel for what the year will look like.

[00:00:32.333]We have 21 projects in Design Studio this year.
[00:00:34.791]That's the most we've ever had.
[00:00:36.416]And we have 64 students walking around looking for projects.

[00:00:44.125]This year, I'm a manager, so I'm the product manager
[00:00:47.000]for the Tenaska team.
[00:00:48.000]And I have a partner who is the development manager.
[00:00:50.541]So it's fun and I'm excited to get to know juniors and meet them and hopefully
[00:00:55.166]convince them that they should join the Tenaska team.
