[00:00:39.000]up different, the total pounds of sugar that was raised then with different irritations."
[00:00:44.080]While the beets were being harvested east of the center, UNL's dry bean breeder Carlos Urrea and his team were harvesting 100-plus varieties of dry beans out at the Mitchell Lab.
[00:00:55.610]Some of those lines are coming out of my bean-cleaning program, and some of them are commercial cultivars, and some of the lines are coming from the private industry.
[00:01:08.030]We'll get them back to the lab, and we're going to be cleaning those samples, we're going to be weighing, we're going to take, all of that data.
[00:01:15.050]The harvested plots will provide results for irrigation and dry edible beans, which will be released later in the year.
