- [00:13:44.256]as with, requirements like high fiber and also high in protein.
- [00:13:48.828]So we try to incorporate a lot of dry fruits.
- [00:13:51.730]And our hero product was the psyllium husk.
- [00:13:54.400]So we termed, like named our bar the Husky bar.
- [00:13:57.770]So it has like 33% fiber.
- [00:14:00.172]And hopefully when it goes to your gut it creates good effect.
