[00:00:40.890]to kind of dig into it, and so we wanted
[00:00:42.870]that fresh perspective from the students,

[00:00:46.950]We want to be a part of the Omaha and Lincoln community,
[00:00:49.890]and to sponsor a project like this gives us the opportunity
[00:00:53.310]to display our stance in the metro area
[00:00:57.300]as being a major technology player.
[00:00:59.610]I think second, it built a great talent pipeline.
[00:01:02.970]It's impressive to bring the what and the why
[00:01:06.600]to the students and let them really work
[00:01:08.700]on the how to do it, and I've always been impressed
[00:01:11.100]with their innovative ideas, their problem-solving skills,
[00:01:13.917]and the way they can attack these problems
[00:01:16.710]and find elegant solutions.

[00:01:20.520]with the students and hopefully, they feel really connected

[00:01:38.160]We were involved in the Design Studio projects in the first
[00:01:42.150]or second year of the program, so we're very excited,
[00:01:44.790]and that's just been a great experience for us to invest in.

[00:01:49.950]first and foremost, you're gonna see a level of discipline,
[00:01:52.920]teamwork, and professionalism that's almost like signing up
[00:01:56.670]with really a professional consulting firm, frankly,
[00:01:59.790]so they just do great work, they listen,
[00:02:02.130]they're very professional, they're very intelligent,
[00:02:04.260]they're very capable of coming together as a team
[00:02:06.660]to understand what you need done

[00:02:15.540]of some of the work that we wanna accomplish.

[00:02:24.930]had it not been for this program.

[00:02:28.320]to our talent in Nebraska and a great program like Raikes.
[00:02:32.460]But it's also good for us because we get exposure
[00:02:34.980]to great talent, we get problems solved and great thinking,
[00:02:38.370]so it's a win-win.
