[00:00:47.610]I had a much clearer picture of what entrepreneurship is,
[00:00:51.330]and it's not just like starting a business,
[00:00:54.240]it's a accumulation of skills.

[00:01:01.770]For me, coming back and judging
[00:01:02.940]the new venture competition was really important to me
[00:01:04.980]for a couple reasons.
[00:01:05.813]One, just to give back.
[00:01:06.646]We got so much great advice from other judges
[00:01:09.750]during our time going through the competition,
[00:01:11.430]so one of my goals is always to try to instill,
[00:01:13.770]you can really think big here.

[00:01:17.070]Thanks to the Center for Entrepreneurship,
[00:01:18.900]I was able to find wonderful mentors
[00:01:20.790]and even investors within this community,
[00:01:23.190]and I also wanted to stay close to the future students
[00:01:25.560]that would be starting their own businesses,
[00:01:27.420]so I could be encouraging
[00:01:28.530]to bend their future mentor as well.

[00:01:33.960]to those entrepreneurs and being able
[00:01:35.220]to help instill that confidence.
