[00:00:01.710]I'm a freshman at UNL, and I invented the Chili Roll.

[00:00:14.850]The chili roll is a combination
[00:00:18.330]of cinnamon roll and chili.
[00:00:21.750]You're taking a traditional cinnamon roll,
[00:00:24.030]and you're taking kind of the concept of chili,
[00:00:26.280]just the meat the peppers and the onions,
[00:00:28.440]and using that as a filling in the cinnamon roll
[00:00:31.230]and then topping it with cream cheese frosting.

[00:00:36.810]and like, I've had people taste 'em,
[00:00:37.980]and they're just like, "Oh, like, yeah, like, that works.

[00:00:43.770]So the Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program,
[00:00:48.060]it really focuses on getting your businesses up and running
[00:00:52.290]before you get out of college.

[00:01:06.090]be able to sell it at tailgates, and just kind of push.

[00:01:09.780]It doesn't have to be in one place.
[00:01:12.660]It just kind of gives me a lot of variety on what I can do

[00:01:19.320]so a lot of these products are gonna be coming

[00:01:25.560]because it's also not only my business,
