[00:00:11.700]come in from straight out of high school,

[00:00:16.230]and then off to launch their careers.
[00:00:19.050]So, I get to see students who become alumni

[00:00:23.790]I get the full life cycle of the experience in the college.

[00:00:28.710]is the launch of our Experience Lab.
[00:00:31.260]All students in the college now spend five hours a week
[00:00:33.930]for at least three semesters
[00:00:35.280]working in one of our media outlets for agencies.
[00:00:37.950]We launched it back in the fall of 2021
[00:00:40.800]and now, we're just scaling it up.
[00:00:42.210]So by this fall, we should have more than 250 students

[00:00:56.310]Some friends were putting together a marathon relay team
[00:01:00.210]and I agreed to do the three-mile leg.

[00:01:05.610]and two weeks later, I ran my first half marathon.
