[00:00:31.737]4-H empowers young people to be true leaders.
[00:00:35.737]True leaders are young people
[00:00:37.334]who have confidence; know how to work well with others;
[00:00:41.370]can endure through challenges; and will stick to a job until it gets done.
[00:00:47.450]In 4-H, we believe true leaders aren't born–they are grown.

[00:03:15.116]to WIN $25 in O’Neill Chamber of Commerce Shamrock Bucks.
[00:03:20.086]A 4-H member in each junior, intermediate,
[00:03:24.086]and senior level age divisions will be selected.
[00:03:27.576]Youth enrolled in 4-H online in Boyd County
[00:03:30.751]by APRIL 1 get their name entered in for a
[00:03:34.471]chance to WIN a pair of 4-H Bogs Boots.
[00:03:37.771]A boy and girl will be selected.
