Kacie McCarthy, leader of the Nebraska Beef Industry Scholars Program, discusses Carol Krutsinger’s $1 million donation to the University of Nebraska Foundation to benefit the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture in Curtis. The gift, in honor of Carol’s late husband, Ron, will help develop the next generation of beef industry leaders.
