Student Reflects on Flooding Anniversary

Three years ago, Nebraska was struggling to recover from historic flooding. Over several days in mid-March, floods swept across much of the state, leaving thousands of homes damaged and acres of farmland underwater. The event also made a difference in the lives of University of Nebraska-Lincoln students who were from that area. One student from O’Neill took on a flood serviceship…and made a life-changing decision along the way. Here’s his story.
