[00:00:10.060]This summer one of my major accomplishments
[00:00:12.060]was working on a leadership training workshop series.
[00:00:15.360]And so we hosted a bunch of different workshops
[00:00:18.530]where we got to help members of the community
[00:00:20.880]improve upon their leadership skills
[00:00:22.610]talking about things like culture strengths
[00:00:25.800]and inclusive leadership.
[00:00:27.680]One of the main accomplishments I've had this summer
[00:00:30.610]was working on my career exploration platform
[00:00:34.600]and developing (indistinct) program for students
[00:00:38.930]ranging from middle school to high school.
[00:00:41.920]So having those three in the office
[00:00:44.530]has helped us bring some things to fruition
[00:00:47.350]including some workforce ready trainings.
[00:00:51.860]I asked them
[00:00:52.760]and they have created that from start to finish.
[00:00:55.600]They have marketed it,
[00:00:57.550]one of them will even be the instructor for one of the days.
[00:01:01.360]And so those sold out,
[00:01:03.270]the community is really excited about those opportunities.
[00:01:07.140]They've also helped develop some curriculum
[00:01:09.670]for us to work with our high school students
[00:01:12.040]in career exploration, and then a marketing plan,
[00:01:15.020]so people will know what we're doing
[00:01:16.630]and that's drastically needed.
