[00:00:16.760]of cooking meals or snacks ahead of time
[00:00:19.200]for future use later in the week.
[00:00:21.430]It's a great option for on the go snacks or meals
[00:00:24.430]that are healthy and convenient.
[00:00:27.740]Some people may ask, "Why meal prep?"
[00:00:30.420]Meal prepping is a convenient, efficient,
[00:00:32.730]and money-saving practice
[00:00:34.460]that reduces the amount of food waste that is thrown out
[00:00:37.220]due to left over food.
[00:00:39.140]It also helps to ensure
[00:00:40.600]that you consume the right portion sizes
[00:00:42.870]and is less stressful than making a new meal each day.
