[00:00:00.000]Hello. Today on NvolveU and You, we will be showing you how to adjust your privacy settings within NvolveU.
[00:00:08.002]As part of your profile, you are able to set and change your privacy settings,
[00:00:12.552]both for NvolveU as a whole, and for the organizations that you are a member of.
[00:00:17.305]Today, we will just be focusing on your organization membership settings. Let’s go!
[00:00:22.513]Once you are logged in, using your UNL creditentials, these settings can be accessed
[00:00:26.513]from your User Drawer. To get to your User Drawer click on your icon in the top right corner,
[00:00:31.259]then click on Account. Once on your account page, select the Privacy Settings tab
[00:00:35.668]and then scroll down until you see the Organization Roster Settings section.
[00:00:39.472]From here you will be able to select whether you would like to show or hide
[00:00:42.886]yourself from the roster for each group you are a member of. The default status
[00:00:47.522]for any memberships will be set to hide, unless you are an officer of an RSO.
[00:00:52.487]If you are the President, Treasurer, Primary Programmer, or Advisor of your RSO,
[00:00:57.507]we ask that you leave your roster setting at “show” for SOFS purposes.
