Description

The Food Innovation Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln offers research labs, pilot plants and office space for private companies developing new products. And UNL students get a seat at the table, learning skills they can use in the future careers. Meet April Johnson, a student who's work experience at the Food Processing Center helped prepare her for an internship.

[00:01:07.120]to operate equipment, learn manufacturing processes,
