- [00:02:34.270]to meet an ever-increasing need

- [00:03:38.640]transmission and a scanning electron microscopes.

- [00:04:37.410]Where we strive to meet the researchers needs

- [00:04:40.470]designing, flow cytometry experiments,
- [00:04:42.362]instrument and software training, sample collection,
- [00:04:45.620]cell sorting and overall high level support
- [00:04:48.080]throughout the experiment process.
- [00:04:50.470]We run a wide variety of experimental types
- [00:04:52.890]and sample types in the lab.
- [00:04:54.730]A large portion of them are immunological assays looking
- [00:04:58.890]at a variety of cell phenotypes.

- [00:05:01.763]at cytokine expression using multiplex bead assays
- [00:05:04.150]and DNA analysis to determine
- [00:05:06.040]what's phase of the cell cycle
- [00:05:07.540]of the cells are in
- [00:05:08.880]or whether they are apoptotic.
- [00:05:11.120]In addition to that, we look at bacteria, yeast,
- [00:05:13.510]allergy, pollen and also plant cells.
- [00:05:16.400]We have a BD FACS aria 2 Cell Sorter
- [00:05:19.310]and a Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX LX cell analyzer
- [00:05:22.270]in the laboratory for staff, students
