[00:00:06.595]when I started in 2015. The
[00:00:09.155]over-the-counter medications that are
[00:00:10.755]available at the pharmacy are provided
[00:00:12.545]at a reduced cost to students, which is
[00:00:14.888]really beneficial because we have a lot
[00:00:17.258]of other things we need to budget for.
[00:00:19.068]The staff consistently go above and
[00:00:20.758]beyond. They ask how we're doing.
[00:00:22.699]They remember me by face. The
[00:00:24.782]prescriptions are always ready on time
[00:00:26.802]and they're ready fast. I heard about the
[00:00:28.762]app when I picked up a prescription one
[00:00:31.462]time. They had a little flyer out there.
[00:00:33.524]So I downloaded the app, and it populated
[00:00:36.197]all of my prescriptions that I already had
[00:00:38.297]on file here.
[00:00:39.327]The patients really enjoy this app
[00:00:41.813]because it's easy, convenient. When they
[00:00:44.470]put in their refills, they'll get
[00:00:46.310]notifications when their prescriptions
[00:00:48.410]are ready. And when they come to the
[00:00:50.130]pharmacy, they'll know it's ready, and
[00:00:51.810]they won't have to wait.
[00:00:53.250]For the text messaging, I really like that
[00:00:54.870]it has the balance due for each
[00:00:56.417]prescription so that I can come prepared
[00:00:58.072]with the appropriate change. So I get a
[00:01:00.492]notification when I can ask my doctor if
[00:01:02.412]I need additional refills. The
[00:01:04.807]prescriptions are always ready, so I can
[00:01:06.770]request them at my leisure in the middle
[00:01:10.070]of the night at my house. And the next
[00:01:12.020]morning, I get a notification that says
[00:01:13.790]hey they're ready for pickup.
