[00:00:09.640]MEM at UNL is different from its competitors.
[00:00:12.210]I believe in that person-to-person connection that we make
[00:00:16.730]at the very beginning,
[00:00:17.590]starting with inquiry all the way through graduation.
[00:00:20.070]We recognize that our students are working professionals
[00:00:22.740]and that they live all across the United States,
[00:00:26.160]and so we try to be accessible and to really build
[00:00:30.600]those personal connections with our students.
[00:00:33.100]We really believe in our motto of every interaction matters.
[00:00:37.050]There are a lot of quantitative ways
[00:00:39.170]to measure success of any program,
[00:00:41.490]but for me, my absolute favorite day
[00:00:44.830]of every semester is graduation day.
[00:00:47.410]I love congratulating them backstage.
[00:00:50.210]I love seeing them meet their classmates
[00:00:52.520]that they may have only met online virtually
[00:00:55.010]up to that point.
[00:00:56.250]I love seeing their families beam with pride

[00:01:05.440]I strongly believe that any investment
[00:01:09.130]of time or financial resources in an advanced education
[00:01:13.200]is an investment in your future.

[00:01:16.570]who absolutely knows what your future career goals are
[00:01:19.750]or if you're someone who is still trying to figure it out,
