- [00:01:05.260]Let's start with logging in.
- [00:01:07.640]For students completing HealthyU,
- [00:01:09.660]open up the HealthyU URL provided to you by your teacher
- [00:01:13.190]and click login with SAML 2.0
- [00:01:16.380]to login using your school account.
- [00:01:19.010]When you're logged in, your progress will be saved,
- [00:01:21.120]so that you can always come back
- [00:01:22.620]and pick up where you left off.
- [00:01:25.090]If you are not logging in using a school account,
- [00:01:27.820]enter your name and password in the TalentLMS login box.
- [00:01:32.480]Next, let's look at the homepage.
- [00:01:35.080]The first page you will see after logging in,
- [00:01:37.260]is the HealthyU homepage.
- [00:01:39.780]When you have completed a module,
- [00:01:41.570]the next module will be unlocked.
- [00:01:44.500]Click on a module to get started.
- [00:01:48.210]In session one of each module,
- [00:01:49.490]you will complete a set of video lessons
- [00:01:51.760]and learning activities.
- [00:01:54.180]As you watch the videos and move through the session,
- [00:01:57.060]you will see each segment checked off in the navigation bar

- [00:02:08.010]These are key terms for developing your health literacy
- [00:02:11.500]and you can find them all in the glossary

- [00:02:44.780]This means that there is a printable journal page
- [00:02:47.330]or a series of pages,
- [00:02:48.650]related to the content taught in the module.
- [00:02:51.540]For example, in module five, there are several pages
- [00:02:54.750]related to your medical history.
- [00:02:56.950]To print these pages for completion at home,
- [00:02:59.350]click on the print icon in the upper right corner.
- [00:03:02.420]These pages will contain your personal information
- [00:03:05.000]and should not be returned to school.
- [00:03:07.290]However, they are important to complete and keep at home
- [00:03:10.180]in a safe place, so that you can refer to them
- [00:03:12.710]as you begin to manage your own healthcare.
