[00:00:27.160]First, I'll explain how to enter a permission number
[00:00:29.535]when enrolling with the enrollment schedule.

[00:00:40.610]Again be sure to access the enrollment scheduler
[00:00:43.903]through the enrollment tab in my red,
[00:00:46.318]using the build schedule in enroll button.
[00:00:49.834]Once in the scheduler, select the correct term,
[00:00:55.940]and add the desired courses if needed.

[00:01:13.009]Once your desired schedule is achieved,
[00:01:15.253]select the Send to Shopping Cart button in red,
[00:01:19.049]just above the listed schedule.
[00:01:21.422]This will take you to a series of pages
[00:01:23.458]before the course or courses are added
[00:01:25.912]to the shopping cart officially.
[00:01:28.152]This is where permission numbers are added.
[00:01:32.537]Select Next in the top right until the course
[00:01:35.531]for which you have a permission number is found.
[00:01:38.449]Here type in the permission number and press Next or Finish
[00:01:43.247]if this is the final course.
[00:01:45.706]The courses should now be sent to the shopping cart.
[00:01:48.321]With the permission code applied.
[00:01:50.510]Successful enrollment in the course should now be allowed
[00:01:53.339]to take place.
[00:01:55.703]If the course you have a permission code for is already
[00:01:58.626]in your shopping cart, you do not need to delete it
[00:02:02.160]and readd the course to enter the permission code.
[00:02:04.899]Simply view your shopping cart,
[00:02:07.013]and press the Edit cart button near the top of the screen.
[00:02:13.355]From here, you can directly enter the permission code
[00:02:16.579]for your course, then press the Save button.
[00:02:21.689]You should now be able to successfully enroll.
[00:02:25.090]If using classic enroll, search for the appropriate course
[00:02:28.532]in section using a class number.
[00:02:31.410]Once the proper section is selected,
[00:02:33.555]it will be added to the shopping cart.
[00:02:36.002]Select here for classic enroll.
[00:02:39.048]Double check that the correct course
[00:02:41.257]and section have been selected.
[00:02:43.570]And press the blue proceed to enrollment checkout button
[00:02:46.644]in the bottom right corner.
[00:02:48.756]Be sure to select the box near the class,
[00:02:52.051]or press the check all button,
[00:02:54.847]then enter the permission code under the course name
[00:02:58.220]in the appropriate box.
[00:03:01.285]Lastly, select the blue enroll selected button.
[00:03:04.706]If the permission code was correct,
[00:03:06.660]and there are no other conflicts,
[00:03:08.810]the course should be able to successfully enroll.
