Here's a quick at-home tip to help you relieve tension headaches.

  • [00:00:05.773]home. Taking two tennis balls and using
  • [00:00:09.233]a pillow case or a sock, twist and make
  • [00:00:12.943]sure that they're staying together.
  • [00:00:14.762]I'm going to have Jess lay down here and,
  • [00:00:16.692]placing the tennis balls right at the base
  • [00:00:18.892]of your skull, can give you a good muscle
  • [00:00:22.240]release and help reduce those muscle
  • [00:00:25.530]tension headaches. Laying here for three
  • [00:00:27.880]to five minutes can diminish those
  • [00:00:30.210]headache symptoms. If you have problems
  • [00:00:32.522]with chronic tension headaches, physical
  • [00:00:34.292]therapy may be able to help. Call the
  • [00:00:35.922]health center to schedule an evaluation
  • [00:00:37.808]or check out the website to learn more
