If you're having low back pain or tightness, here's an easy stretch to try at home on your own.

  • [00:00:14.102]and your hips be at about 90 degrees,
  • [00:00:16.022]which allows your back to be nice and
  • [00:00:17.482]flat, giving your a low back a small
  • [00:00:19.182]stretch. This can greatly reduce the
  • [00:00:21.752]strain and stress on your low back from
  • [00:00:23.702]prolonged sitting or standing. Laying
  • [00:00:26.062]here for 10 to 20 minutes can really
  • [00:00:28.022]decrease your low back pain.
  • [00:00:29.739]If you're still having low back problems
