A special class is being offered at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln that explores how the supply chain might impact the holiday season. Shawntell Kroese, an assistant professor of practice in the College of Business, talks about the importance of supply chain management and logistics.

[00:00:23.080]it will change the way they think about supply chain
[00:00:26.479]as maybe hard or very analytical
[00:00:30.410]to something that affects their life,

[00:00:38.053]And so that's really what my hope is,
[00:00:39.400]is to bring the supply chain to life
[00:00:42.430]in a very timely way
[00:00:44.960]and study things that are happening
[00:00:47.290]all around them right now.
[00:00:52.370]I think it's logistically gonna be a real challenge
[00:00:56.140]that we haven't seen,
[00:00:57.740]but I love the question because it just highlights
[00:01:00.860]the importance of the supply chain field
[00:01:03.850]in terms of problem solving and access.
