In this video you will learn the registration step of the enroll process and how to email a schedule from the enrollment scheduler.

[00:00:13.960]To register, you need to be in the shopping cart,
[00:00:16.870]and you can see that we're in the shopping cart
[00:00:18.850]because that section is in gray here
[00:00:21.880]and you can see we have four classes in the shopping cart.
[00:00:25.130]If you do want to edit your cart,
[00:00:27.630]maybe you want to take a class out of the cart,
[00:00:31.080]you can do that with the Edit button
[00:00:34.070]and you can see there's the Remove Cart option

[00:00:47.260]Now these are the classes that I'll try to register for.

[00:00:55.100]that you want to register for those classes.

[00:01:01.810]for two of the three classes.
[00:01:04.570]These classes are part of the December three-week session
[00:01:07.670]that has a four credit hour limit.
[00:01:09.960]ANTHRO 292 is one credit and Chemistry 131 is three,
[00:01:15.650]so they will put me at the maximum for that session,
[00:01:20.300]and the error message I got for Theater Arts 398
[00:01:23.840]is that I would exceed your course limit for the session,
[00:01:27.520]so that's what that means.
[00:01:29.570]If you're registering for classes
[00:01:31.310]and you get an error message,
[00:01:33.210]you can send an email to your advisor
[00:01:35.360]to get help or more information,
[00:01:38.110]and I recommend taking a screenshot of that error message
[00:01:41.430]to send in your email
[00:01:43.000]so that they can better answer your questions.
[00:01:47.300]Now, if you want to send your schedule over email,
[00:01:51.380]you can click the Email button.
[00:01:53.470]It's available in the Current Schedule option
[00:01:56.720]or in the shopping cart.
[00:01:58.550]So you can send an email with your schedule
[00:02:04.010]before you register or after you register.
[00:02:07.650]And you'll see when we go back to the shopping cart,
[00:02:10.810]the theater arts class that I couldn't register for
[00:02:13.700]stays in it until I remove it from the shopping cart
[00:02:17.620]or drop a class I'm already scheduled for and register.

[00:02:30.450]So I'm going to send this to an advisor in our office
[00:02:38.500]and be sure that you include your contact information
[00:02:45.370]in these fields.

[00:02:49.910]There will be no identifying information for your advisor
[00:02:54.080]in the body of the email,
[00:02:55.480]so that's why it's important to have good information
[00:02:57.680]in those fields.
[00:03:03.730]And then click Email Schedule,
[00:03:05.230]and it gets sent to your advisor
[00:03:07.120]so they can give you feedback
[00:03:08.620]and make sure that everything you registered for looks okay.
[00:03:12.460]You can see your schedule at any time
[00:03:15.010]by being in the Current Schedule function
[00:03:17.780]of the Enrollment Scheduler.
[00:03:20.030]These are both distance delivery classes,
[00:03:22.110]so nothing does show up in the grid here.
[00:03:26.680]You can also view your schedule when you log into MyRED.
[00:03:31.280]It's right on that homepage.
[00:03:33.850]It shows the course, the days and times and the location.
[00:03:40.200]If it were on campus,
[00:03:41.610]it would give the room number and the building.
[00:03:44.150]And then you also have the credits
[00:03:45.410]and your instructor's name.
[00:03:47.677]And that's it.
