[00:00:10.510]with the Clifton Strengths Institute here on campus.
[00:00:13.170]Right now we're looking for students to apply
[00:00:15.010]to be a strengths coach for this upcoming academic year.
[00:00:18.120]Someone who would make a great strengths coach
[00:00:19.970]is a student who's driven and passionate
[00:00:22.030]about creating positive change on our campus
[00:00:24.080]and in the lives of fellow students.
[00:00:26.390]As a strengths coach, you will lead a class
[00:00:28.160]called Biz Ad 111: Investing in Strengths.
[00:00:31.130]And throughout that class period, you will lead recitations
[00:00:34.210]and coach students around what they do well
[00:00:37.070]and how they can achieve their goals.
[00:00:39.000]One of my favorite things about becoming a strengths coach
[00:00:41.530]is the instantaneous family that I've gained on campus
[00:00:44.460]that has helped me achieve my goals
