[00:00:17.430]The first is always be aware of the resources
[00:00:20.640]that are available to you at the college level,
[00:00:22.700]the department level, and the university level.
[00:00:24.380]Talk to people 'cause they have a lot of information
[00:00:26.870]and these things can be potentially helpful.

[00:00:31.330]Our Teaching and Learning Center is an amazing resource.

[00:00:34.720]that could potentially help you out.
[00:00:37.060]I always shout out to our Teaching and Learning Center
[00:00:39.090]'cause they do a lot for people in the college
[00:00:40.950]and it's just, it's endless, it's continuous.

[00:00:45.000]more people would know as soon as they get in there
[00:00:47.150]instead of finding out at the very end.
[00:00:49.470]Our CAPS services is also a really, really cool resource
[00:00:52.440]that you can actually deal with
[00:00:53.870]if you're experiencing any difficulty,
[00:00:55.450]having any kind of transitional problems adapting to,
[00:00:58.960]whether it's the weird situation that we currently face
[00:01:01.200]or just the difficulties
[00:01:02.610]of college work itself.
[00:01:04.240]And the second thing I'd recommend is that

[00:01:10.360]but we really are here to help you, all right?
