  • [00:00:14.980]on ratatouille and polenta and the history of both,
  • [00:00:18.600]along with how this food's representative
  • [00:00:20.830]of the cultures they're from.
  • [00:00:22.290]I really enjoyed being able to do a really unique
  • [00:00:24.060]and a lot more exciting project
  • [00:00:26.470]compared to ones I've done in the past,
  • [00:00:27.700]but also still really challenging.
  • [00:00:29.770]I was a able to really make a good impression
  • [00:00:31.640]on the professor and the teaching assistant
  • [00:00:33.740]the following semester.
