- [00:00:01.250]Hello, and welcome to our new student enrollment
- [00:00:03.700]virtual session on how to help you pay for college.
- [00:00:06.680]My name is James LaPointe,
- [00:00:08.070]and I'm a Student Services Specialist in the Husker Hub.
- [00:00:11.488]Hi, My name is Richelle Saalfeld,
- [00:00:13.156]and I am also a Student Services Specialist
- [00:00:14.776]here at the Husker Hub.
- [00:00:16.330]What is Husker Hub?
- [00:00:17.610]Husker Hub is integrated academic services for our students,
- [00:00:21.580]which include four offices integrated into one.
- [00:00:24.930]They include the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid,
- [00:00:28.190]Student Accounts, Registrar, and the Bursar office.
- [00:00:34.080]These offices are here to help students
- [00:00:37.930]handle the business of being a Husker.
- [00:00:40.860]Our presentation today is primarily focusing
- [00:00:43.360]on your options for financial aid,
- [00:00:45.350]as well as your rights and responsibilities.
- [00:00:49.410]So to get started, the first topic we have is FERPA,
- [00:00:52.700]otherwise known as the Family Education
- [00:00:55.240]Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
- [00:00:58.300]What this means is that college students
- [00:00:59.890]have access and control over their educational record,
- [00:01:03.140]and who has the authority
- [00:01:04.650]to ask questions about your account.
- [00:01:07.350]So, in order for us to release information to your parents,
- [00:01:10.290]you do need to guarantee that they have access to it
- [00:01:13.310]so we can speak with them on the phone, over e-mail,
- [00:01:16.270]and in-person without your presence.
- [00:01:18.570]So you can designate parental access on your MyRED account,
- [00:01:22.810]under the profile section.
- [00:01:25.350]For more information about this,
- [00:01:26.910]please visit ferpa.unl.edu/parents.
- [00:01:33.880]Here you'll see the estimated cost of attendance
- [00:01:36.280]for the 2020-2021 academic school year.
- [00:01:40.380]As you can see, the biggest difference here
- [00:01:42.700]would be the tuition and fees for nonresident students
- [00:01:46.460]versus Nebraska resident students.
- [00:01:49.000]To start off with, the room and board,
- [00:01:52.000]the $12,186, that includes
- [00:01:55.560]a traditional-style dorm room for our students,
- [00:01:58.450]so it's two individuals in a dorm room,
- [00:02:01.740]sharing that same room,
- [00:02:06.790]where they share bathrooms
- [00:02:07.760]on separate floors, on their floor,
- [00:02:10.510]and if a student decides to choose a different dorm room
- [00:02:15.440]other than our traditional-style dorm rooms,
- [00:02:18.410]they can definitely do so,
- [00:02:19.550]but be mindful that the prices will be a little higher.
- [00:02:24.760]Going down to the estimated direct costs,
- [00:02:27.120]so what you see there,
- [00:02:28.630]that is what a student actually is billed.
- [00:02:30.930]So the tuition and fees and room and board,
- [00:02:33.510]that is what a student is actually billed
- [00:02:35.400]at the beginning of fall semester
- [00:02:36.720]and the spring semester terms.
- [00:02:38.970]When you move down to books and supplies,
- [00:02:41.270]we're looking at $1,000 for the academic school year,
- [00:02:44.900]that's $500 per semester,
- [00:02:47.160]and then looking down to the personal and transportation,
- [00:02:51.030]that is also for the academic school year.
- [00:02:54.310]It's really important, a lot of families ask
- [00:02:57.180]what personal and transportation actually includes.
- [00:03:00.080]Personal expenses can be anything from feminine products
- [00:03:04.210]to toothpaste, toothbrush,
- [00:03:06.370]the fun money where students wanna go out
- [00:03:08.860]and go to the movies, go bowling, those kinds of things,
- [00:03:14.130]out to eat, that is what's included
- [00:03:15.860]in those personal expenses.
- [00:03:17.720]But with transportation, we're looking at costs like gas,
- [00:03:21.780]to and from maybe home on the breaks,
- [00:03:25.150]gas to work if a student decides to work off-campus,
- [00:03:29.020]but also included in that transportation
- [00:03:31.450]is that minimum maintenance that a car would need,
- [00:03:33.960]maybe like an oil change,
- [00:03:36.110]also a parking pass on campus.
- [00:03:38.450]So any students who are wanting to park on campus,
- [00:03:41.650]the parking passes can range
- [00:03:43.050]from anywhere from $400 to $500,
- [00:03:45.270]and that's for the entire year.
- [00:03:47.604]These examples here, with the books and supplies,
- [00:03:51.410]and personal and transportation,
- [00:03:52.890]those are considered indirect costs,
- [00:03:55.120]meaning that they won't actually show up
- [00:03:56.500]on a student's account
- [00:03:57.740]unless they decide to go to our bookstore at the Union,
- [00:04:02.490]and charge to their account.
- [00:04:03.860]So they can charge their books to their account,
- [00:04:06.270]they can charge supplies to their account,
- [00:04:09.220]those are the expenses that will actually show up,
- [00:04:12.950]and would be considered direct costs,
- [00:04:14.900]if, again, they choose to charge to their student account.
- [00:04:18.880]Lastly, what's really important,
- [00:04:20.690]as you can see at the bottom,
- [00:04:22.730]this is estimated cost of attendance
- [00:04:24.600]before any scholarships
- [00:04:26.150]or financial aid is actually applied.
- [00:04:28.530]So, please take that into consideration,
- [00:04:30.870]and you can go through this and take off
- [00:04:33.420]what grants, scholarships,
- [00:04:34.868]and other financial aid that you receive,
- [00:04:37.447]you can start taking that off all these prices
- [00:04:40.170]that are shown here on screen.
- [00:04:45.187]So next we'll talk about some of your options
- [00:04:46.880]for paying for school.
- [00:04:48.710]So, there is the financial aid process,
- [00:04:50.888]and applying for federal financial aid.
- [00:04:53.520]So, this is otherwise known
- [00:04:54.770]as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid,
- [00:04:57.840]known as the FAFSA.
- [00:04:59.260]If you have not already filed your FAFSA before,
- [00:05:01.940]you will need to obtain an FSA ID and password online
- [00:05:06.390]at fsaid.ed.gov,
- [00:05:09.100]so this is required of both students and parents,
- [00:05:12.060]and once you apply for one,
- [00:05:13.460]it does take about three days to receive it
- [00:05:15.970]before you can file your FAFSA.
- [00:05:17.940]But once you do obtain that ID and password
- [00:05:20.500]for both parent and student,
- [00:05:22.530]you can file the FAFSA online at fafsa.gov.
- [00:05:29.460]When filing the FAFSA,
- [00:05:31.328]students can also be looked at for scholarships,
- [00:05:34.370]and a lot of our scholarships might require
- [00:05:37.170]that the FAFSA is completed,
- [00:05:38.490]but also, a lot of scholarships don't require that,
- [00:05:41.770]so just keep that in mind.
- [00:05:43.060]But with our scholarships,
- [00:05:44.780]they can be for academics, talents,
- [00:05:46.920]leadership and financial need, and et cetera.
- [00:05:50.340]Also, with other opportunities to apply for later,
- [00:05:54.050]just know that there is
- [00:05:55.330]a continuance scholarship application that comes out
- [00:05:57.670]that students can complete
- [00:05:59.730]while they're actually a student here at the university,
- [00:06:02.860]and we'll look at those dates a little bit later.
- [00:06:05.830]But with our scholarships, a student, as you know,
- [00:06:08.930]when you're first admitted to the university,
- [00:06:11.540]you can receive a merit-based scholarship,
- [00:06:13.700]or a leadership and diversity scholarship.
- [00:06:16.620]And moving down to the grants,
- [00:06:20.750]you're only able to get the grants
- [00:06:22.720]if you complete the FAFSA,
- [00:06:25.710]and with the FAFSA, there is the federal and state grants,
- [00:06:29.240]and institutional grants,
- [00:06:31.310]and then also, these grants do not have to be paid back,
- [00:06:35.570]so that's really important.
- [00:06:36.700]A lot of students have that misconception,
- [00:06:39.161]thinking if they accept any of the grants
- [00:06:41.768]that they would have to pay those back,
- [00:06:43.927]and the only financial aid
- [00:06:46.130]that you would have to pay back would be our loans,
- [00:06:48.460]which we will talk about a little bit later.
- [00:06:53.370]The next type of need-based financial aid
- [00:06:55.680]is the federal work-study program.
- [00:06:57.800]So, this is not credited to your student bill,
- [00:07:00.260]meaning that you as students will apply
- [00:07:02.710]for a position on campus,
- [00:07:04.834]obtain a job, and actually get paid biweekly
- [00:07:08.040]via paycheck on the university payroll.
- [00:07:11.090]So, if you are interested in work-study,
- [00:07:13.190]you would have indicated that on the FAFSA.
- [00:07:15.890]So if you are interested in future years,
- [00:07:18.037]you can definitely still indicate that on your FAFSA,
- [00:07:21.330]but again, you apply for that job,
- [00:07:23.165]you earn your paycheck,
- [00:07:25.010]and typically, we're seeing students use
- [00:07:27.100]these work-study funds
- [00:07:29.020]to pay for those personal expenses
- [00:07:30.590]that James was speaking about earlier.
- [00:07:32.770]But even if you're not federal work-study eligible,
- [00:07:35.310]there are plenty of on-campus student worker jobs
- [00:07:38.250]that operate almost exactly the same
- [00:07:40.520]as federal work-study.
- [00:07:42.020]They're very flexible with your schedule,
- [00:07:43.770]they understand that being a student is first,
- [00:07:46.810]and that being a worker is second,
- [00:07:49.070]and so they will always accommodate your class schedule,
- [00:07:51.738]any exams or tests that you may have, presentations,
- [00:07:56.390]and there are also opportunities to work over those breaks
- [00:07:59.610]at these work-study positions as well, too,
- [00:08:02.040]as well as the student worker jobs.
- [00:08:05.037]To add to this, I do wanna talk about
- [00:08:07.237]the UNL Career Services.
- [00:08:09.330]I definitely recommend everyone going to that,
- [00:08:13.150]and checking out Handshake.
- [00:08:14.540]Handshake is a service that is used by UNL.
- [00:08:17.200]It's kind of similar to LinkedIn,
- [00:08:19.680]and with Handshake, you create a profile,
- [00:08:21.650]and you can mark on there whether you have work-study,
- [00:08:24.360]or don't have work-study,
- [00:08:25.520]so it's great for all students.
- [00:08:27.357]And that way, you can look at jobs
- [00:08:29.220]that do offer either work-study
- [00:08:30.890]or non work-study positions on campus.
- [00:08:33.910]And you can go through
- [00:08:34.743]the job application on Handshake, right there.
- [00:08:40.120]Here we have student and parent loans.
- [00:08:42.380]So, students, when you complete that FAFSA
- [00:08:45.963]that we talked about earlier,
- [00:08:48.070]you will be offered student loans.
- [00:08:50.060]As a freshman, you will get $5,500 in student loans,
- [00:08:54.300]as a sophomore, you'll get $6,500,
- [00:08:56.410]and as a junior and senior, you'll get $7,500.
- [00:08:59.740]With student loans, there's a combination
- [00:09:02.150]of the subsidized and unsubsidized Federal Direct Loans,
- [00:09:05.710]and the big difference here
- [00:09:07.484]is that with the unsubsidized loans,
- [00:09:12.240]those unsubsidized loans,
- [00:09:13.680]the moment that they actually hit a student's account,
- [00:09:17.210]they start accruing interest,
- [00:09:18.770]where subsidized does not accrue interest until later on,
- [00:09:22.980]after you graduate.
- [00:09:24.780]Also, with no-subsidized and unsubsidized loans,
- [00:09:28.040]students are the borrower,
- [00:09:29.520]so the parents are never on that loan,
- [00:09:32.240]and then, to be eligible, again,
- [00:09:33.885]it's determined by the FAFSA information,
- [00:09:36.840]and you can have either all subsidized,
- [00:09:39.140]all unsubsidized, or a combination of both.
- [00:09:42.760]With the repayment, so students,
- [00:09:44.660]these loans are deferred
- [00:09:46.460]until six months after you graduate,
- [00:09:49.060]or fall below half-time enrollment status,
- [00:09:51.480]whichever comes first.
- [00:09:53.400]And in order to receive these loans,
- [00:09:57.740]a student must complete the Master Promissory Note,
- [00:10:00.910]also known as the loan agreement,
- [00:10:02.984]and they have to complete the Entrance Loan Counseling,
- [00:10:05.790]and you can do this by going to studentaid.gov.
- [00:10:08.860]This is really important,
- [00:10:10.350]that you get these two items completed,
- [00:10:12.940]because if you accept your loans in your MyRED,
- [00:10:16.330]and you don't complete these two checklist items,
- [00:10:18.610]your loans will not disburse,
- [00:10:20.110]so they must be completed prior to your loans
- [00:10:23.910]actually disbursing to your account.
- [00:10:28.021]The next type of federal loan that's available to students
- [00:10:30.500]is the Parent PLUS Loan.
- [00:10:32.180]So parents, this is actually a loan that you will apply for,
- [00:10:35.180]and take out the loan in your name on your student's behalf.
- [00:10:38.810]So eligibility, again, is determined by the FAFSA,
- [00:10:42.420]and offered as the Parent PLUS Loan option.
- [00:10:44.900]So, students are not able to accept this
- [00:10:47.210]on their MyRED account,
- [00:10:48.390]like they are able to do
- [00:10:49.400]with the subsidized and unsubsidized loans.
- [00:10:52.280]So, the parent, again, is the borrower.
- [00:10:54.560]This is a loan in your name, parent.
- [00:10:56.930]So, a separate application is required at studentaid.gov,
- [00:11:01.110]where you will go through an application process,
- [00:11:04.300]have a couple of references,
- [00:11:05.870]and approval for this loan is contingent
- [00:11:08.560]based on a credit check.
- [00:11:11.040]With the Parent PLUS loan,
- [00:11:12.180]a Master Promissory Note is also required
- [00:11:14.630]before the disbursement of this aid,
- [00:11:16.540]and this can also be completed at studentaid.gov.
- [00:11:20.030]So we recommend beginning the process as soon as possible,
- [00:11:23.260]because it does take about two weeks,
- [00:11:25.130]and we want to avoid any delays
- [00:11:26.760]so this loan is able to be disbursed
- [00:11:29.010]in our first round of disbursement for the fall semester.
- [00:11:35.030]All right, so check your MyRED.
- [00:11:36.220]So it's really important, students,
- [00:11:38.000]that you are always checking your MyRED,
- [00:11:41.800]at least maybe two to three times a week, at the MyRED,
- [00:11:44.910]especially at the beginning of your freshman year starting,
- [00:11:48.070]just because you wanna see
- [00:11:49.120]all the notifications that are coming in.
- [00:11:51.400]So what you see here, is that with this,
- [00:11:55.843]we're gonna look at the financial aid screen.
- [00:11:58.690]So if you click on Financial Aid, as you can see,
- [00:12:01.410]there's gonna be a little box
- [00:12:02.610]where you can click on your financial aid to view it.
- [00:12:05.770]But also, what's really important,
- [00:12:07.990]on the left-hand side there,
- [00:12:09.470]you'll see the Message Center.
- [00:12:10.820]That's where you're gonna see
- [00:12:12.440]any holds that you might have in the future,
- [00:12:14.750]any messages or notifications,
- [00:12:17.630]and then of course, most importantly, your to-dos.
- [00:12:20.911]Your to-do list,
- [00:12:22.215]at the beginning of fall and spring semester,
- [00:12:24.717]you might always have to-do list items,
- [00:12:27.460]and this is where they'll be located.
- [00:12:29.410]It's really important, when you click on that,
- [00:12:31.510]they'll let you know whether or not they've been received,
- [00:12:33.850]if they've been completed,
- [00:12:34.910]or if they still need to be submitted to us.
- [00:12:40.937]So, this next page is the financial aid page,
- [00:12:44.600]so like James was saying, if you just click on Financial Aid
- [00:12:47.480]in that main navigation ribbon, it will take you here.
- [00:12:50.380]And this is actually where
- [00:12:51.360]you accept your financial aid package
- [00:12:53.140]if you haven't already done so.
- [00:12:55.240]So, it will automatically show you
- [00:12:57.110]your financial aid package,
- [00:12:58.780]but you'll click right down here where it says
- [00:13:00.640]Accept and Decline Awards.
- [00:13:02.580]You'll be prompted
- [00:13:03.413]with some of your rights and responsibilities
- [00:13:05.355]for receiving any financial aid or scholarships
- [00:13:08.870]at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
- [00:13:10.890]Please read that very thoroughly,
- [00:13:12.620]I know it's a lot of text,
- [00:13:14.100]but it's very important information that you should read
- [00:13:16.720]before you take out any loans,
- [00:13:19.000]accept any grants or scholarships.
- [00:13:21.530]But after you read your rights and responsibilities,
- [00:13:24.300]you'll go ahead and be able to accept
- [00:13:25.710]your financial aid offers.
- [00:13:27.430]You do not need to accept everything at once,
- [00:13:29.660]so let's say you want to hold off on accepting your loans
- [00:13:32.830]until maybe you know you need them later on.
- [00:13:35.340]That is totally fine,
- [00:13:36.540]you do not need to accept
- [00:13:37.710]all forms of financial aid immediately,
- [00:13:40.310]just accept what you need right now.
- [00:13:45.020]All right, so this is the disbursement of funds.
- [00:13:47.680]So this basically tells you when they happen.
- [00:13:50.470]So for fall of 2020, applied on MyRED in mid-August.
- [00:13:55.510]That's when a lot of students can go,
- [00:13:57.570]we'll have questions, you'll have questions,
- [00:13:59.800]on whether or not, you know, what does my bill look like,
- [00:14:02.830]that is when you can take a look at your bill,
- [00:14:05.850]and then also, when it comes to
- [00:14:08.710]when your bill is actually due,
- [00:14:10.880]just remember that it's September 12 for the fall semester,
- [00:14:15.290]and it will be February 12 for the spring semester.
- [00:14:19.750]Also, looking at when it's credited,
- [00:14:23.270]it's credited about one week before classes,
- [00:14:25.670]so any aid that is disbursed,
- [00:14:28.170]that is when that will happen.
- [00:14:30.010]Funds that exceed charges are refunded to students,
- [00:14:32.730]so students, I recommend you signing up for direct deposit.
- [00:14:37.130]That will be under the Student Accounts tab, on that ribbon,
- [00:14:41.370]back where financial aid was,
- [00:14:42.890]if you hover over Student Accounts,
- [00:14:44.560]you'll be able to enroll in direct deposit.
- [00:14:47.820]We definitely recommend that as definitely the fastest way
- [00:14:52.100]to receive any of your refunds,
- [00:14:54.020]about three to five business days.
- [00:14:56.350]If you don't sign up for direct deposit,
- [00:14:58.270]it can take ten to 15 days.
- [00:15:00.430]So just be mindful of that,
- [00:15:02.517]and go ahead and get signed up for that as soon as possible.
- [00:15:07.940]So, what do you do if you still owe
- [00:15:10.320]after your financial aid options?
- [00:15:12.690]Well, there are a couple of options
- [00:15:14.290]that we're able to recommend.
- [00:15:15.960]If you're not eligible to take out a Parent PLUS loan,
- [00:15:19.160]there are alternative loan information
- [00:15:21.253]located on the Financial Aid's website,
- [00:15:24.040]if you're ever interested in looking in to some of those.
- [00:15:26.990]So these are private loan options through banks,
- [00:15:29.840]or outside lenders that students
- [00:15:32.420]can be the borrower on those loans,
- [00:15:34.430]but you may need a co-signer on that.
- [00:15:37.300]Additionally, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
- [00:15:39.700]offers the Husker Payment Plan.
- [00:15:41.750]So what this does is splits your fall and spring bills
- [00:15:45.010]into three smaller payments.
- [00:15:46.640]So, for example, let's say you owe $3,000
- [00:15:49.940]after all of your financial aid has been applied
- [00:15:52.350]in the fall semester,
- [00:15:54.370]and rather than take out another loan,
- [00:15:56.080]maybe you want to pay that out-of-pocket.
- [00:15:58.290]Rather than owing that full $3,000 on September 12th,
- [00:16:01.990]it breaks this all down into three $1,000 payments.
- [00:16:05.740]So if you are interested in doing the Husker Payment Plan,
- [00:16:09.540]you are able to start enrolling in this on MyRED,
- [00:16:12.360]under the Student Accounts tab, on August 26th.
- [00:16:15.870]There is a $20 charge,
- [00:16:17.560]and if you are interested in doing the Husker Payment Plan
- [00:16:20.110]for multiple semesters,
- [00:16:21.860]you do need to register each semester.
- [00:16:25.240]The first 1/3 payment is due at the time that you enroll
- [00:16:28.950]in the Husker Payment Plan.
- [00:16:30.760]So we recommend enrolling, at latest, by September 9th
- [00:16:35.050]in order to make sure that your payment goes through,
- [00:16:38.820]and that you're able to get enrolled in that payment plan.
- [00:16:44.370]All right, so next year's FAFSA.
- [00:16:47.280]So what's really important here, folks,
- [00:16:49.330]is that you can start completing the FAFSA October 1st.
- [00:16:54.620]So this upcoming October 1st of 2020,
- [00:16:57.501]that's when you can file,
- [00:16:59.020]the earliest that you can actually file,
- [00:17:00.620]so we recommend that you gather all your tax documents
- [00:17:03.850]from 2019, because that's what you'll be using,
- [00:17:06.980]and go ahead and get jump start on that.
- [00:17:09.310]We do have a priority deadline
- [00:17:11.060]for the best aid package possible,
- [00:17:13.600]and that's April 1st.
- [00:17:14.640]So students, again, we recommend that you get this done
- [00:17:18.040]as soon as possible.
- [00:17:19.701]These funds are a first come-first served,
- [00:17:22.660]so the later that you wait,
- [00:17:25.040]the most likely that you wouldn't receive
- [00:17:28.370]a lot of the grants that could come
- [00:17:30.630]from completing the FAFSA.
- [00:17:36.200]So, like James was mentioning earlier,
- [00:17:38.350]there is the scholarship application
- [00:17:40.480]for undergraduate students.
- [00:17:42.450]So this is due on February 1st,
- [00:17:44.500]so as a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln,
- [00:17:48.010]you are able to apply through scholarships
- [00:17:49.840]through your college and department every single year.
- [00:17:52.670]So this application typically opens up in mid-November,
- [00:17:56.480]and that deadline, February 1st, never changes.
- [00:18:00.500]So make sure if you're filing that scholarship application,
- [00:18:03.610]because once that application closes,
- [00:18:05.360]we cannot open it back up.
- [00:18:07.290]But there are also other opportunities
- [00:18:09.040]to look into other scholarships within your organization,
- [00:18:12.150]and communities, and other financial resources.
- [00:18:15.270]But, we also have a list
- [00:18:16.610]of external scholarship opportunities on our website,
- [00:18:20.090]of all these different donors
- [00:18:21.830]who have scholarships for you to apply for.
- [00:18:24.620]So we've kinda done that busy work for you,
- [00:18:27.210]made sure that is a credible opportunity
- [00:18:29.680]for you to apply for.
- [00:18:31.330]If you're ever asked for payment information
- [00:18:33.450]to apply for a scholarship, please leave that,
- [00:18:35.700]you should never pay to apply for a scholarship.
- [00:18:38.660]But that list, it can get pretty long sometimes,
- [00:18:41.400]as donors are letting us know of opportunities
- [00:18:43.700]that they want us to extend to our students.
- [00:18:46.220]So right now, some of these opportunities
- [00:18:48.020]are extending all the way into 2021 already.
- [00:18:53.830]Lastly, so meet our Student Services Specialists.
- [00:18:56.610]As you can see, Richelle and I are both on here,
- [00:18:59.820]but we also have Jessica Van Buskirk and Pete Haslett,
- [00:19:03.321]who are also our Student Services Specialists.
- [00:19:05.790]We actually have two new members of our team as well,
- [00:19:09.080]however they're still in the training process,
- [00:19:10.780]so you'll probably get familiar with them
- [00:19:13.687]once you're on campus,
- [00:19:15.510]and need to come to our office at any point,
- [00:19:18.130]you'll definitely be acquainted with those two as well.
- [00:19:22.730]So, if you would like to meet with one of us,
- [00:19:24.570]go ahead call the Husker Hub at 402-472-2030.
- [00:19:30.380]If you're not able to meet with us in person,
- [00:19:32.870]we do offer Zoom appointments as well, too,
- [00:19:35.270]so you can definitely still have
- [00:19:36.850]that one-on-one conversation with us
- [00:19:38.770]about your financial aid.
- [00:19:42.900]All right, and lastly, here's our office hours.
- [00:19:45.540]We are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- [00:19:49.380]We're at 130 Louise Pound Hall.
- [00:19:51.170]Of course, currently, we are not in that location,
- [00:19:54.230]and we do have some exciting news for everyone,
- [00:19:57.546]at the time we're hopefully back on campus
- [00:20:00.120]after COVID-19 and everything passes,
- [00:20:02.920]we will most likely be in our new location.
- [00:20:06.520]So, we will be in Canfield Administration Building,
- [00:20:09.530]on the first floor, newly renovated,
- [00:20:12.070]we're excited to get back in there.
- [00:20:14.720]But our phone number will stay the same,
- [00:20:16.730]and the P.O. box, 880411 will also stay the same,
- [00:20:20.830]so keep that in mind.
- [00:20:22.237]So, if you need more, or any other information,
- [00:20:25.100]definitely go ahead and look at our website
- [00:20:27.540]at huskerhub.unl.edu.
- [00:20:29.960]You could also e-mail us at huskerhub@unl.edu as well.
- [00:20:35.091]Well, that concludes our presentation.
- [00:20:37.510]Thank you so much for taking some time and joining us,
- [00:20:40.270]and have a great rest of your
- [00:20:42.450]new student enrollment experience.
- [00:20:44.180]We are so happy to have you as Huskers with us.
- [00:20:47.217]Bye!
- [00:20:48.069]Bye!
