- [00:00:04.820]and I'm currently a junior at UNL.
- [00:00:06.970]Today I'm gonna take you through just a day in my life,
- [00:00:09.610]and how it's been moving home.
- [00:00:11.710]So I'm at the door, decor I put on the outside of my door,
- [00:00:14.400]set up separate spaces to sleep, to study, and to relax.

- [00:00:22.490]Normal week for me, looks like this.
- [00:00:24.930]And this is what being home looks like.

- [00:00:29.185]I'll be applying to both law school and PhD programs.
- [00:00:31.940]So that means I take both the LSAT and the GRE this summer.
- [00:00:35.410]I'm able to sit down and study for three, four hours a day,
- [00:00:38.820]on just the LSAT.
- [00:00:40.390]I'm going to pause studying for the LSAT for a little bit
- [00:00:43.043]to do a virtual campus tour.
- [00:00:44.820]One of my jobs is to talk to prospective students,
- [00:00:48.010]and kinda answer some of their questions
- [00:00:49.520]about what life at Nebraska is like.
- [00:00:51.560]So next up on the agenda,
- [00:00:52.920]I'm gonna take a little quick lunch break.
- [00:00:54.430]My mom was so kind to make me Mac and Cheese.
- [00:00:56.120]I'm involved in three research labs on campus,
- [00:00:59.060]as well as a current UCARE project,
- [00:01:01.560]and starting up a UCARE project, for next year.
- [00:01:04.210]So I'm about to hop on Zoom to help train,
- [00:01:07.330]some of the other RA's in the Law and Public Policy Lab.
- [00:01:10.870]My day usually starts at about 7:45am in the morning
- [00:01:14.020]and it is now 3:45pm ish and this is the first time
- [00:01:18.440]we are getting outside. I'm going to start working
- [00:01:20.410]on some homework.
- [00:01:21.560]It is now about 8:30pm. I am going to go eat dinner
- [00:01:24.710]with my mom and I think we're going to watch a movie.
- [00:01:27.610]It's glad that I really fell in love with kind
- [00:01:29.580]of working out super hard intensely for an hour
- [00:01:31.960]or two before I go to bed. Workout classes at the rec
- [00:01:34.500]and I do a yoga class for an hour.
- [00:01:36.600]And then I do an hour of cardio dance.
- [00:01:38.910]I have been finding substitutes on YouTube.
- [00:01:41.470]It is still some type of workout and still helps
- [00:01:44.250]me achieve some type of schedule
- [00:01:46.060]Once I am done working out, I will follow what
- [00:01:48.300]I designated as my nighttime routine.
- [00:01:50.750]And then I'll come back in and fill out a journal.
- [00:01:54.230]Some days I'll go through and fill everything out.
- [00:01:56.980]Other days I am mentally drained and I'll fill out
- [00:01:59.919]only this one. It asks for me to list three
- [00:02:02.430]things that I am grateful for.
- [00:02:03.880]There are days where it is definitely a stretch
- [00:02:05.690]to try to get 30 things down.
- [00:02:07.650]But then there are some days when you
- [00:02:08.900]wish you had more spaces.
- [00:02:10.430]That is my normal routine.
