[00:00:35.140]in the restaurant industry is low.
[00:00:37.450]Only four to six percent in many cases,
[00:00:40.030]so recovery will be cautious.
[00:00:42.660]They might not invest more in infrastructure,
[00:00:47.150]buying more new equipments, renovating their property
[00:00:50.900]and stuff like that.
[00:00:52.260]So all those projects might come
[00:00:54.070]to a hold or be pushed back.

[00:00:58.820]consumer confidence has plummeted.
[00:01:01.560]It will take effort to get customers
[00:01:03.790]back to cruise ships and restaurants.
[00:01:06.390]They have to go that extra mile and educate the customer

[00:01:29.060]on issues common among employees in the industry,
