[00:00:10.078]And that was the kick-off meeting,
[00:00:12.100]we met in his office, and he gave us the charge,
[00:00:14.610]and we looked at each other,
[00:00:15.850]and we knew we were gonna
[00:00:16.683]be spending a lot of time together.
[00:00:18.680]I didn't know it was gonna be this much time.

[00:00:23.860]have put in hundreds of hours.

[00:00:41.510]Chancellor Green was very intentional
[00:00:44.650]in wanting to make sure that the various voices were heard.

[00:00:55.460]It was really thoughtful. It brought a very

[00:01:01.360]that can just sort of disagree on so much
[00:01:04.410]and then hash through it, right, right?
[00:01:06.810]Crazy how much time we'd spend
[00:01:08.240]on one word or one phrase.

[00:01:13.265]that we honestly looked through every single comment.
[00:01:16.820]It was very much a living document for a long time.
[00:01:20.160]But I think it's 'cause we knew it was important.
