[00:00:15.020]culinary school for college and turned out
[00:00:18.049]a local bakery here at Lincoln.
[00:00:19.319]Opportunities opened up and here we are

[00:00:33.250]I really love to bake so that's kind of
[00:00:35.180]where that food aspect of it came from
[00:00:37.710]but also I saw a need for that. People will give us a
[00:00:41.440]good comment like, "You really have
[00:00:43.980]something good here." like that.
[00:00:46.310]You know, you don't always see you but
[00:00:47.800]knowing that that's true and knowing
[00:00:49.770]that people really do love coming down
[00:00:51.470]here and then hopefully we've become a
[00:00:53.500]destination where people are coming
[00:00:55.560]downtown to come to the rabbit hole.
[00:01:09.560]That's really important to me that my
[00:01:11.490]employees love where they work. I
[00:01:13.480]want them to feel comfortable and happy.
[00:01:16.800]Look forward to coming to work instead
[00:01:19.620]of dreading it because I've had a lot of
[00:01:21.470]jobs where I dreaded going to work. I
[00:01:23.219]don't want anyone to feel like that.

[00:01:33.780]like that. Bigger items that people can
[00:01:36.240]come and sit down and stay a while
[00:01:43.910]Everybody has birthdays. There's always a
[00:01:46.980]need for birthday cakes. I had a college
[00:01:51.730]project at school that was Mad Hatter themed.
[00:01:55.420]My group came up with the Mad
[00:01:57.790]Hattertheme and so that's where it
[00:01:59.620]started. I really love doing that.
[00:02:03.640]Everyone has like an imaginative side to
[00:02:06.059]them I think and it really pulls up that
[00:02:08.200]nostalgia childhood likeness of our
[00:02:11.700]customers.
[00:02:18.110]I wouldn't say that it was necessarily a
[00:02:20.100]defining moment where I was like I know.
[00:02:22.160]There's been smaller moments. I tend to
[00:02:25.680]be a person that stresses about small
[00:02:27.540]moments and so when those build up,
[00:02:29.880]harder to get through those. I don't
[00:02:32.840]think we've ever had someone say it was
[00:02:35.150]a bad idea.
[00:02:37.970]Probably the most common comment we get
[00:02:40.660]is, "This is great, why don't you have more."
[00:02:45.830]Majority of my life is for this.
[00:02:48.000]But I do also I love reading.
[00:02:50.160]I love running.
[00:02:51.990]Kind of picking up new hobby. I want to
[00:02:56.310]live with no regrets.
[00:02:58.180]and I don't think I'd necessarily have
[00:02:59.768]any. Looking to the future and see
[00:03:03.489]this could be something.
