[00:00:10.210]just creating the relationships I would've never had,
[00:00:13.423]it kinda paves the way for the future,
[00:00:16.140]letting kids know what they wanna do,

[00:00:20.627]and just getting a feel for everything in Lincoln
[00:00:22.810]is just awesome.
[00:00:25.690]We had a lot of speakers.
[00:00:27.240]They were all amazing, but one that stood out to me
[00:00:29.660]the most was Juan Baker, and he talked to us
[00:00:33.080]about the difference between inclusion and diversity,
[00:00:35.380]and how it affects our every day life
[00:00:37.260]and how we can actually be more inclusive,
[00:00:39.740]because diversity is gonna be there, regardless.
[00:00:43.530]What Dream Big means to me is unity.
[00:00:46.290]We all come from different culture and backgrounds,
[00:00:49.180]and we all strive to do one thing,
[00:00:51.000]and that is to make a difference somewhere
[00:00:53.790]and strive to do better.
[00:00:56.170]Dream Big has impacted me for a lifetime
[00:00:58.310]and I can easily say that I built connections here
[00:01:01.320]at the College of Business with professors
[00:01:03.410]and other students, and I've built connections
[00:01:05.760]to be more inclusive and diverse on campus,
[00:01:08.570]which is something that I think we should all advocate for,
[00:01:11.530]and it really allowed me to understand
[00:01:15.130]the true scope of possibility
[00:01:17.000]that each and every individual has
[00:01:19.070]when coming to school and continuing their education.

[00:01:25.060]I feel like if you go to Dream Big,
[00:01:26.680]you're going to get something out of it,
[00:01:28.480]whether it's meaningful advice, lifelong relationships,
[00:01:31.398]or just learning more about business.
[00:01:35.450]Dream Big is amazing.
[00:01:37.830]It's just a great program, very well structured.
[00:01:40.300]You just learn a ton,
[00:01:42.030]and especially when you're this young
[00:01:43.670]and kind of figuring out your future,
[00:01:45.630]where you wanna go to college, what you wanna major in,
[00:01:47.950]it's super helpful for all of that.
