i2Choir is an inclusive and intergenerational choral ensemble partnered with the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Glenn Korff School of Music and International Quilt Museum to provide music-making opportunities for people of all abilities.

[00:00:14.050]I2choir is a inclusive choir.
[00:00:16.020]It has individuals with disabilities,

[00:00:20.500]it has college students, adults, children.
[00:00:23.740]Anybody that wants to come sing is welcome to come.

[00:00:34.230]and this is one way for her
[00:00:35.610]to actually get out there and do what she loves
[00:00:38.800]and just fill her heart

[00:00:47.710]So we are in our seventh year
[00:00:49.640]and we wanted to create an outreach experience
[00:00:53.060]for individuals in the community
[00:00:55.790]who would like to learn to sing,

[00:01:03.410]for individuals who happen to have disabilities.

[00:01:11.420]Grace has some visual impairments
[00:01:13.140]and Rhonda has brought an iPad
[00:01:15.560]so Grace can make it as big or little as she needs to.
[00:01:18.210]And she makes sure that everybody feels part of the group
[00:01:22.060]and that everybody has the same tools
[00:01:24.200]that everybody else does,
[00:01:25.240]and for that, we are forever grateful.

[00:01:37.130]to accomplish something together
