- [00:00:20.810]Number one, number one mainly getting a whole new kitchen.
- [00:00:24.590]Our second floor, it was nice, it was beautiful

- [00:02:02.603]My favorite food, once again I'm being biased
- [00:02:05.130]being from New Orleans, seafood, jambalaya
- [00:02:08.393]and crawfish etouffee.
- [00:02:10.332]You know, every time, you know it's kinda hard
- [00:02:13.150]to get good seafood, here.
- [00:02:15.400]But every now and then I would try to incorporate
- [00:02:18.090]it in a lot of our dishes that we do here,
- [00:02:19.420]especially for Mardi Gras.
- [00:02:20.290]I get the chance to really to showcase,
- [00:02:22.100]people who don't really eat a lot of seafood,
- [00:02:24.300]to see what New Orleans has to offer.
- [00:02:26.010]Not only with only the seafood level
- [00:02:27.492]but everything else.
- [00:02:28.990]I love bringing my Louisiana culture to Nebraska, you know.
