[00:00:11.190]We are a team that actually designs and builds

[00:01:15.620]I am, and when I talk to our alums, I say,
[00:01:17.927]"What's the most challenging part of your job?"
[00:01:20.530]and they always say "Working on teams."
[00:01:22.270]And especially in groups like this, you're working on teams,
[00:01:26.320]and solving problems together.
[00:01:28.220]So what's Hester Motor Sports?
[00:01:29.880]So Hester Motor Sports is, basically,
[00:01:32.390]a student-led organization
[00:01:34.430]that designs, builds, and manufactures
[00:01:36.090]a form of style race car.
[00:01:37.430]And then, every year, once we get it built,
[00:01:38.810]we do a lot of testing, and we take it to our competitions.
[00:01:41.350]So this year, we're going to go to the Michigan competition,
[00:01:43.750]and then also one in California.

[00:01:50.230]Yep, so, I'd say we're about 98% ran by students,
[00:01:53.290]and we take a lot of pride in that.
[00:01:54.488]So, what's this complete engineer thing?
[00:01:57.230]So, the complete engineer just makes sure
[00:01:58.560]you're a well-rounded engineer,
[00:01:59.800]and I think that this club really helps with that.
